The “easy button” when it comes to estate dispersal. We provide this service to be the most hassle free option for our clients. We handle all aspects of the estate sale, including:
Organization, Setup, Pricing, Research (utilizing our library as well as the latest on line pricing sources)
Comprehensive marketing and advertising in a range of locations for your sale. We supply the required supplies such as tables, linens, display cases and locking cases for jewellery required to set up each sale in an organized and pleasing fashion. With the Executor package we don’t stop there, we are on hand every step of the way including: Personal selling, Security, Book keeping on sale day. The end result is a “Broom clean” property ready for a final inspection or a real estate closing.
This is our mid level service where we will get you ready for the sale. We will handle the:
• Organizing, Set-up, Pricing, Research.
We also supply tables, linens, display cases and locking cases for jewellery required to set up each sale in an organized and pleasing fashion. We are not involved with any of the marketing/advertising of your sale, nor do we have any involvement in the selling/security or book keeping on sale day. With the coordinator package third Party is not responsible or involved in any of the clean up required after the sale.
The Helping Hand: This is our entry level consulting service this includes up to 5 hours of informative information about getting yourself ready for the sale, suggestions on how to have a successful sale and things to consider when holding your own estate sale.
The Cleanout: Once all valuables have been sold or removed, Third Party Estate Disposals will come to the residence and remove all modestly valued items, non-saleable objects and all household debris leaving the premises “ broom Clean” in preparation for final inspection and real estate closing.
Our Evaluation process includes the examination, inventory, photography, applicable market research, and evaluation of personal property. Each item will have a description, age, condition, and opinion of value.
At the request of our client we can modify a service level to meet there specific needs. One example may be adding a cleanup service to the Coordinator Package after they have completed the sale.
